Unlike most traditional private equity firms or strategic buyers, Noracap’s investment strategy is rooted in the acquisition of a single business. We have the flexibility to structure deals that make sense for business owners and better align incentives for all parties. Post-acquisition, Noracap’s Principal will assume control and general management of the business and will be 100% committed to creating additional value by building upon the existing strengths and capabilities of the business while implementing operational improvements and strategies that drive revenue growth.
